The Student Development and Welfare (SDW) Cell of the Electronics & Telecommunication Department focuses on the holistic development and well-being of students. The cell supports academic growth, professional skill development, career guidance, and mental well-being through structured activities and expert interactions. It also promotes ethical values, leadership qualities, inclusivity, and social responsibility among students.

The cell focuses on enhancing technical competence, professional skills, and employability through expert talks, training programs, career guidance, and internship facilitation. Equal importance is given to student welfare by promoting mental well-being, inclusive practices, grievance redressal, and ethical values. Through co-curricular, extracurricular, innovation, leadership, and social responsibility initiatives, the SDW Cell strives to nurture confident, responsible, and industry-ready graduates.
